All interested residents will need to fill out an application and credit screening. There is a $50 application fee. There are no hidden lease processing fees or move-in fees.

We evaluate applications wholistically and are open to co-signers. With each application we review:
• Credit score (seeking 620 or above)
• Criminal background
• Rental history
• Income (seeking at least 3x rent) -
