    All interested residents will need to fill out an application and credit screening. There is a $50 application fee. There are no hidden lease processing fees or move-in fees.

  • We evaluate applications wholistically and are open to co-signers. With each application we review:
    • Credit score (seeking 620 or above)
    • Criminal background
    • Rental history
    • Income (seeking at least 3x rent)

  • RENT INCLUDES:
    • Fitness center, rooftop terraces, and comfortable lobby
    • Trash
    • Recycling
    • Food scrap composting

    TENANTS PAY SEPARATELY FOR:
    • Electricity (through AEP)
    • Water (individually metered)
    • On-site parking

  • Yes. All units are pre-wired for fast and easy turn-on service by AT&T (1G fiber). Spectrum is also available.
